Responsibilities
Facilitate cross-functional cooperation between dependent tasks and projects, identify risks/issues, develop mitigation solutions.
Responsible for administrative and operational project assignments involving detailed planning and tracking of schedules, budgets, procurement, action items, meeting minutes, file management, and process improvement tasks.
Assists in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Analyze business cases, ensure completeness and correctness.
Monitors project progress and provides administrative guidance on project execution.
Maintains project organizational chart and communication with all stakeholders as required.
Identifies and raises issues and risks, recommends actions required to resolve.
Coordinates and tracks schedules, organizes meetings.
Attends meetings, creates and distributes minutes, tracks action items and deliverable follow-ups.
Collects and analyzes project data, prepares project progress reports.
Reviews, codes, and submits monthly vendor invoices for approval.
Manages projects typically low in complexity, size, scope, budget, and impact.
Maintains knowledge of all safety regulations and recommend improvements.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
Candidate must currently reside in the San Diego County region or must be willing to relocate within sixty days of hire.
Detail oriented and safety focused.
Experience in project coordination or related field.
Commitment to safety.
