Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers on scheduling conflicts, client deliverables, and troubleshooting
Liaison between the Client, Vendor and Technology Solution Distributor
Create and Manage Client Dashboards
Project planning to ensure execution of each phase of the project. Including scheduling, assigning project tasks, and troubleshooting
Assist with procuring client quotes for orders
Ensuring the clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders

Required
High School Diploma
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role (2+ years)
Overall in-depth knowledge of technology – designs, challenges, risks. Including UCaaS, CCaaS, IaaS, SD-WAN, BRaaS, DRaaS
Solid organizational skills including; time-management and professionalism
Strong attention to detail
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Confidence in providing radical candor
Strong passion for continual learning
Deep caring for the success of others
Creative problem-solving skills
Strong sense of Extreme Ownership
2+ years of Salesforce experience
Preferred
Technology certifications
Smartsheet experience
2+ years of O365 experience
Willingness to travel up to 10%
