Responsibilities

Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to extend technical content and campaigns across multiple mediums.
Create and execute a content plan, aligning it with company goals and metrics.
Consolidate insights from the SRE world and marketing trends to shape Rootly's strategy.
Develop engaging content, build partnerships, and position Rootly as a thought leader in the incident management space.
Own social media presence, grow following, and engage with the developer community.
Drive customer onboarding, create case studies, and ensure successful integration for trial customers.

Required

3+ years of experience
Confident in partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams
Create a content plan, align it across the company, and execute
Have a POV and express it confidently
Previous on-call experience and been on the ground floor of managing incidents
Develop regularly scheduled engaging content per week (e.g. blog, videos, podcast, webinar, interview, newsletter, guides, case studies, etc.)
Position Rootly as a thought leader in the SRE/DevOps community
Develop partnerships and collaborations with adjacent tooling, companies, DevRel, and influencers
Submit incident management/reliability related CFP at key conferences both virtual and in-person
Own all social across Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, and grow our following
Build customer case studies and other ways that spotlight how Rootly helps them
Engaging with inflight trial customers to ensure successful onboarding
