Responsibilities
Support Project Management in all aspects of project administration including meeting arrangements, progress tracking, and documentation.
Complete all the steps for creating job files and processing subcontracts.
Complete data entry into software programs (Proprietary subcontractor tracking software, Procore, and Smartbid).
Create plan lists, distribute plans to project team, and post plans to Procore.
Create, distribute, and process meeting notes, plan change notifications, RFI's, and Submittals.
Collect and assemble close out documents.
Assist the project management team with monthly Owner Billings and Lien Releases.
Create reimbursable invoices & follow up on accounts receivable.
Develop and process a Notice of Completion.

Proven experience in an administrative role

Working knowledge of Procore, Smartbid, or similar construction management software systems
