Responsibilities
Ownership of overall delivery quality
Web application development, process design, and project delivery practices
Designing and building prototypes to demonstrate ideas
Assist team in handling ongoing tasks as required
Monitor task status/progress /conduct reviews with the junior developers
Resolve functional and execution-related issues
Mentor new joiners and developers on technology-related aspects
Coordinate with onshore/offshore team
Peer review artifacts
Adhere to and facilitate the project plan
Provide team leadership and ownership of assigned software elements
Documentation of high-level and low-level designs
Analyze and understand the functional specifications/requirements
Estimate the effort involved
Design and document the system technical specifications
Develop and maintain code
Unit test the code and report results
Perform and participate in peer code reviews, provide solutions to coding issues/defects
Follow established coding standards for the technology/platform to provide efficient and maintainable code
Support systems testing and code correction as necessary
Ensure that all processes are followed specific to the role/project
Communicate with client representatives, performing demos, providing status updates and walkthroughs of technical issues
Support and ensure proper facilitation and execution of product delivery practices and methodologies, helping the team accelerate their development and optimize their throughput
Work closely within the software engineering and delivery practice
