Responsibilities
Lead the engineering efforts for rail facilities, including Operations Control Center, Maintenance of Way Facilities, and various other facilities.
Manage and provide support to the facilities engineering teams.
Review Contractors' submittals, resolve issues, and oversee the preparation of technical Contract Documents.

Required
Degree in Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) License or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status
At least 10 years of experience in the design, management and construction of rail facilities projects
Preferred
Relevant knowledge in relation to the management of large rail facilities projects and the design and integration of their major components
Experience working with both Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build Contractors
Ability to analyze project elements in the design, construction, testing and operation phases with respect to cost, constructability and reliability
Excellent Management and Communication Skills
