Responsibilities
Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software and production tools, with a strong focus on optimizing workflows and efficiency.
Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on design outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Engage with clients to understand their design requirements, objectives, and preferences.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and workflow enhancements within the production design pipeline.
Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
5 years of experience in production design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in executing design projects across various mediums.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with advanced knowledge of production techniques and print processes.
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders.
Proven leadership abilities, including experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Preferred
Experience in designing for startup companies or within the tech industry.
Knowledge of Web Design, App Design, Video Production.
