Responsibilities
Manage compliance, adoption, and user functionality into Salesforce CRM
Perform internal and external auditing and reporting functions; continually improve schedule of reports to increase the communication flow between management and sales reps
Forecast, trend, and analyze data to generate new business leads
Review existing sales, lead source tools, and report regularly on the results thereof
Coordinate with accounting, operations, and outside sales reps to ensure accuracy in new vendor setup, future calendar appointments, assess territories assigned, checklist completion, contract verifications, and general sales information
Provide recommendations and develop digital marketing strategies that will optimize online marketing to create new business growth opportunities
Support department leaders in any assigned administrative sales support or project-based tasks
Develop, manage, and optimize the use of sales lead generation software(s)
Cultivate and implement new selling tactics, E-marketing strategies, and campaigns
Help develop new channels for growth within existing companies, specifically improving reporting, environmental statements, and communications related to the overall customer experience
Lead the charge and report on activities that lead to more repeat business, referrals, and longer customer retention

Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Products (Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, PowerPoint)
5 years of Sales Development or Marketing experience required
Strong Marketing strategy and campaign experience required
Must be results driven and have proven experience in business development
Lead Generation Software experience required (ZoomInfo current)
Salesforce experience, specifically dashboard management and utilization
Strong Organizational and Prioritization skills
Preferred
1 – 3 years in Solid Waste/Recycling industry preferred
Google My Business experience
Web Form to Lead experience
Strong Contract Management background
Proven record of implementing tools or processes
Ability to Travel (I.E. Central Florida, Memphis, San Antonio)
