Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret data related to debt collection processes, customer behaviors, debt portfolio pricing, and other key metrics.
Conduct analyses to support the pricing and valuation of debt portfolios, including risk assessment and expected recovery rates.
Use R for reporting, statistical analysis, and data manipulation to generate insights for business stakeholders.
Create and maintain data reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from our databases.
Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all analysis and reporting activities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar)
1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
Proficiency in R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting
Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries and working with large datasets
Experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and visualizations
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Understanding of basic statistics and data analysis techniques
