Responsibilities

Develop and implement processes to ensure highest product quality and best customer experience.

Work with managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the QA processes and systems are functioning properly.

Advise on changes and provide training, tools, and techniques to achieve quality.

Conduct and lead CAPA meetings to review customer issues and follow up with corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure compliance with UL, CCC, and other agencies as required.

Function as ISO Management Representative and ensure Quality Management System processes are established and maintained.

Report to Management on the performance of the Quality Management System and improvement needs.

Facilitate Management Review, maintain ISO 9001-based Quality Management System, and publish data on quality objectives.

Enforce company safety and quality policies and procedures.

Review statistical product and process data, initiate corrective and preventive actions, and develop Quality and Business Management System processes.

Cooperate in formulating company policies and procedures, implement quality and work instruction documents, and oversee Document Control process.

Oversee Internal Quality Audit program, schedule and lead audits, and control nonconforming material.

Play an active role in quality management teams, review complaint trends, and prepare reports for regulatory agencies.

Provide technical support, interpret Quality Management philosophy, and conduct training sessions on quality management.

Required

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have 2 to 4 years of experience with ISO9001 compliance process.
