Responsibilities

Interpret, clarify, and complete web-related requests from customers

Format various web-based publications

Update web pages using HTML/CSS/JS and SharePoint/Drupal CMS (text, graphics, layout, light redesign work)

Create/maintain standard operating procedures and other technical documentation

Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with web standards

Perform Section 508 accessibility checks and remediation to ensure websites are accessible to all users
