Responsibilities
Book Promotion and Engagements: Work closely with Catholic parishes to coordinate speaking engagements related to the new book, Guided by Grace: A Catholic Journey Through Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning, written by Meier Law Firm founder Laura Meier. Assist in setting up and coordinating workshops and seminars to promote the book and its themes
Social Media Management: Develop, create, and post content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to engage the audience and promote services and events
Website Management: Update and maintain the firm's website with fresh and relevant content to ensure it remains an up-to-date resource for clients and visitors
SEO Coordination: Coordinate with SEO vendors to optimize the online presence and improve search engine rankings
Event Planning and Management: Plan and manage events, including networking functions, ensuring all details are covered and the events run smoothly
Marketing Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth within the industry
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure marketing goals are met and initiatives are aligned with the firm's overall strategy
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team as needed, ensuring operations run efficiently

Required
Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects with varied timelines on tight deadlines
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field
Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms - basic graphic design skills are also desired
Must have very strong written and verbal marketing communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related majors
