Responsibilities

Conduct IT security assessments and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures.

Perform compliance audits to ensure adherence to relevant regulations, including FMFIA IT requirements.

Stay up to date on relevant IT security standards and cybersecurity protocols.

Provide guidance and support to management on IT security and compliance matters.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in information technology.

3+ years of experience in IT security.

2+ years of experience in federal IT security compliance.

In-depth knowledge of IT security standards, FMFIA IT requirements, and cybersecurity protocols.

Preferred

Previous experience supporting federal or state agencies, especially the Department of Labor (DOL), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), and Office of Personnel Management (OPM), is highly desired.

CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification.
