Responsibilities

Deliver software solutions on time and on budget, proactively resolving issues.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams effectively, building Trusted Advisor relationships with clients.

Gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure completion of deliverables.

Maintain client satisfaction, enhance products, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Create implementation plans, manage changes, and monitor project status for risk identification.

Report progress against goals, engage management in problem resolution, and represent the company at industry events.

Required

2-3+ years of experience as a customer facing Project Manager implementing SaaS solutions

Implementation experience with 6-12 month timelines including data conversions and process improvement

Experienced in resource scheduling, utilization targets, owning a budget, and have worked extensively in Professional Services

Passionate about customer success, building relationships, and learning

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

Complete knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Expertise in creating technical documentation, functional design documents, and workflow processes

Competent with application software implementation and testing practices

Ability to problem-solve and proactively resolve issues

Available for flexible national and international travel to client sites

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills

Strong problem solving, client management, and multitasking skills

Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual capabilities

Independent and proactive problem-solving mindset

Preferred
