Responsibilities
Coordinates and maintains program schedules, deadlines, and communication with stakeholders.
Interfaces with other departments, staff, and partners to administer the program.
Organizes events, outreach activities, and meetings for the Listos California Statewide Program.
Represents the program and fosters positive relationships with internal and external parties.
Collaborates with and trains subgrantees in emergency preparedness.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree in environmental health, emergency management, climate science or sustainability or at least two years of equivalent experience in relevant field
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in disaster preparedness, climate action/resilience, environmental health, sustainability or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Flexible and adaptive to a frequently changing environment
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Close attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
