Responsibilities
Fully manage multiple campaigns and clients by serving as the lead for all compliance and operational reporting; create, analyze, report, and ultimately drive down compliance related issues.
Validate and manage challenging data sets to deliver accurate, clear, and concise reports and analysis.
Work as key contact with internal management teams to build workbooks, publish workbooks, analyze compliance trends, recommend strategic improvements, manage dataset, and resolve discrepancies.
Develop compliance ratio targets/goals with executives and clients.
Utilize strong data and modeling skills to identify trends, build forecasts; explain processes and techniques; recommend actions.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Manage and improve the compliance review process when independent contractors move from campaign to campaign.

Required
Tableau Desktop – Experience as Creator. Heavy experience with calculated fields and LOD formulas required
High level experience creating a conceptual, logical, and physical data model
Advanced excel skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, culture of curiosity and constant improvement
Critical Thinking, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving, Process Improvement
Extensive experience in validating, troubleshooting, and analyzing large and complex data; database literacy
Proven record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines
Excellent communications skills required to communicate with C-suite (verbal and written)
Excellent data analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance or other related field
5+ years of work experience
