Responsibilities

Drive the roadmap to solve AcuityMD customer problems: understand and empathize with users and data to develop, prioritize and sequence new workflows, tools and services

Prototype and test new solutions with Engineering, Design and small, nimble cross-functional teams

Own key metrics to measure and improve product and business outcomes

Collaborate and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery of features and solutions

You have >5 years of managing and shipping great software products, and a successful track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences

You build empathy for customer problems and seek to understand, question, and improve the user experiences

You communicate clearly and concisely, and tell stories using data
