Responsibilities

Prospect daily by identifying new opportunities within the territory

Understand the DM value proposition and its impact on dental/ortho practice workflow

Partner with customers and KOLs to grasp their business objectives and critical issues

Segment the territory to identify key opportunities for sales growth and customer base expansion

Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets and company objectives

Identify and nurture relationships with KOL/influential customers

Drive local and national events, webinars, and study clubs to enhance peer to peer endorsement

Collaborate effectively in a multifunctional team and influence team output successfully

Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competition

Utilize CRM effectively to report activity

Required

Strong background in sales in the orthodontics, dental or medical technology field
