Responsibilities

Resolve complex technical issues related to microwave components, RF technologies, and product development.
Utilize knowledge and experience in specifying microwave components, isolators, filters, waveguide assemblies, solid-state amplifiers, and more.
Conduct root cause identification, adhere to MIL-STD requirements, and manage projects and project teams effectively.
Collaborate with team members, make technology choices, and ensure successful product development and delivery.
