Responsibilities
Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
Generate leads, cold call prospective clients, and set up meetings to present staffing services.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop customized staffing solutions, negotiate contracts and terms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for expansion.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform the development of new products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Work closely with the recruiting team to understand candidate requirements and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Coordinate with marketing and communication teams to create promotional materials and develop marketing campaigns.

Required
Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role in the staffing industry.
Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
