Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies with home office senior management and agents/brokers to increase individual, senior, and specialty sales within respective territories.

Work with new RSMs for mentoring and training, and deepen territory management skills with Regional Sales Directors and RVP.

Utilize the Agent Sales Accelerator Program (e-ASAP) and increase agent AMAP co-op marketing utilization through various advertising venues.

Conduct monthly agent/broker training seminars, assist agents in developing marketing plans and lead acquisition, and maintain strong field presence within the healthcare industry.

Required

High school diploma

Minimum of 3 years sales and territory management experience as a current individual/senior RSM IS calling on agents & brokers

Active and current life and health Insurance license in good standing required or is required to be obtained and appointed within sixty (60) days of hire

Preferred

BA/BS preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred

Testing may be required to qualify for this position
