Responsibilities

Support software evaluation and strategic planning

Lead the creation and approval of essential project documentation

Document all necessary meeting materials and ensure effective communication of risks and issues

Detect deficiencies in current systems and the requirements for the changes in the proposed system

Preparation reports and special projects related to client statistics, firm financial metrics and profitability analysis

Assist with design document and maintain system processes

Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify, address, and remediate operational and functional risks

Responsible in communicating and coordinating with IT on a day-to-day department related effort
