Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with youth, team members, peers, and partners.
Provide coaching/training opportunities to promote active engagement and intervention models.
Supervise and consult with Managers regarding job duties and performance.
Ensure compliance with policies, rules, and regulations.
Create a functional environment for on-call workers supporting operations.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Related Field
10 years of relevant experience (can substitute for Bachelor's Degree)
Minimum of 3 years of Supervisory Experience
5 to 7 years of Experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
Valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance
