Responsibilities

Review processing batch records to ensure compliance with specified requirements and procedures.

Make final determinations on the suitability of products for release or other dispositions.

Work closely with Manufacturing and Quality teams to resolve discrepancies during batch record reviews.

Generate Certificates of Conformance, initiate reworks for nonconforming products, and quarantine products as necessary.

Complete transactions for acceptable or non-conforming products.

Compile and trend issues to identify performance drift or potential problems.

Confirm research consent for designated lots, investigate Non-conformances and CAPAs.

Assist the supervisor with various projects and metrics, and initiate change controls for the department.
