Responsibilities

Supervising day-to-day activities in the manufacturing plant and QC Lab

Supervising both QC Techs and Sanitation Technicians to ensure compliance with raw and finished products

Reviewing daily manufacturing and QC records to ensure compliance before product is released

Managing the sample retention program

Maintaining laboratory related Food Safety documents
