Responsibilities
Participate in Client orientation and training
Review Client specific materials provided and necessary to assigned project
Answer phone calls and gather information to determine the issue or problem
Obtain caller information to include name, department, phone number, etc.
Deliver remote technical support to include problem recognition, research, and resolution steps.
Gather information and sort through complex issues
Collect details concerning the nature of the problem

Required
One year of previous EHR experience in one of the main EMRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts)
Knowledgeable in the client requested module(s)
Knowledge of basic principles and methods of technical operating systems and technical methodologies used in desktop applications support
Active listening skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to assess the customer needs for Healthcare IT related requirements and resolve problems
Ability to work independently and stay focused and professional under pressure
Excellent communication, facilitation, organization and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
