Responsibilities
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive team dedicated to building delightful user experiences and robust frontend solutions.
Lead, support, and mentor talent in their career growth and aspirations.
Establish a culture of user-focused design with attention to the user experience across FTS products.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design leadership to prioritize and deliver new products, features, modifications, enhancements, and fixes.

Required
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up to scale-up environment.
BS/BA degree with a preference for Computer Science and 15+ years of relevant experience.
5+ years as a UI, UX, app, or frontend developer, and 5+ years leading front-end engineering teams.
Strong passion for Human-Computer Interaction and user-centric design.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, usability, research best practices, and AB testing strategies.
Preferred
Proficiency in React, React Query, Typescript or JavaScript, Tailwind, and Vite is desirable.
Familiarity with backend technologies such as Kotlin, SpringBoot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Google Cloud Platform, and Kubernetes is a plus.
