Responsibilities
Seeks new legacy projects utilizing Lifesong staff input
Researches and plans legacy projects and presentations
Collaborates with Lifesong staff, residents, families, organizations to gather project specifics
Establishes relationships with residential retirement communities
Communicates, coordinates, and schedules project presentations/celebrations
Prepares materials needed for project presentations/celebrations
Facilitates project presentations
Communicates and collaborates with Communities Marketing Department
Creates and publishes project newsletter three times/year

Required
College degree
Minimum of 1 year experience in a health care setting
Proven effective research skills
Understands hospice philosophy
Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and use discretion in confidential matters
Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organizational skills
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order
Self-directed and able to organize and prioritize workload independently
Preferred
