Responsibilities
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Foster positive relationships with clients and team members, maintaining professionalism and customer service.
Collaborate with the design team to identify vendors, manage supply chain, and oversee installation ordering and logistics.
Assist in hiring crew leaders and team members, improve employee competency, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Utilize construction or landscaping expertise to oversee project installations, provide input on garden plans, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Prepare cost estimates, monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and update operations metrics for productivity targets.

Required
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the construction, landscaping, or related industry.

Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and developing a cohesive team.
Expertise in construction or landscaping, with a strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and landscaping principles.
