Responsibilities
Handle first-level support of service requests or incidents in a professional and timely manner.
Support workstations, servers, printers, networks, phones, applications, and vendor-specific hardware and software.
Work onsite five days a week in Irving, TX.

Required
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ yrs. IT Helpdesk support experience
1+ yrs. experience with hardware issues including PC’s, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
1+ yrs. experience setting up and installing O365, Windows 10, 7, or XP and Microsoft Office applications
1 yr. VPN experience
Experience with IT Support relating to technical issues involving all business applications and operating systems (e.g. PCs, laptops, servers, WIN/MacOS, and routing/switching) within negotiated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
Preferred
BS/BA in Computer Science or technical training equivalent or an equivalent in education
Experience with SolarWinds is a plus
