Responsibilities
Engage proactively with clients to understand and analyze their core finance requirements, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
Configure Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets, to align with client objectives.
Share expertise and best practices in Oracle Cloud Financials implementation, guiding clients towards optimal solutions.
Collaborate effectively with technical teams to develop customizations and integrations tailored to client specifications.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of Oracle Cloud Financials configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business standards.
Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, empowering them to maximize the value of Oracle Cloud solutions.
Facilitate smooth data migration and conversion processes, prioritizing data integrity and completeness.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud Financials functionality, configuration, and integration, maintaining a solutions-focused approach.
Stay abreast of Oracle Cloud product updates and enhancements, offering insights on leveraging new features to drive continuous improvement.
Document business processes, configuration settings, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and support future reference.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consulting, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
Deep understanding of core finance processes and industry best practices.
Hands-on proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials modules, with expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred
Oracle Cloud Financials certification(s) preferred, showcasing commitment to professional development.
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team, adapting readily to evolving project requirements.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements, fostering strong client relationships and project success.
