Responsibilities
Create content including writing, design, and development of projects such as blogs, presentations, newsletters, digital and traditional marketing materials, email campaigns, social media, events, and outreach
Coordinate projects and support staff, influence stakeholders with professional design/execution advice and expertise to obtain feedback and approvals to execution of the projects
Conduct, analyze, and present research on competitors and present research on market performance, competitive landscape, and industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives
Serve as the organization’s social media content creator
Monitor and respond to social media interactions, maintaining a positive and professional presence
Conduct website editing and blogging for Concerted Care Group and Kolmac on a regular basis
Create monthly newsletters
Assist with the coordination and execution of company activities, events, conferences, and meetings
Assist with the coordination of outreach efforts to various entities advertising the brand through e-mail drip campaigns and meetings
Maintain a calendar of outreach activities through designated software
Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, partners, and stakeholders
Represent Kolmac at community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities
Manage events in-person or virtually and build appropriate campaigns to advertise the events
Create community events
Assist with execution of creating invitations, advertising events, tracking event attendance, survey results, and reporting
Liaison between referral source, patient, and clinical/medical staff to support marketing effort
Occasionally, will be required to lift brochure boxes, tables, portable banners and transport equipment to and from events/offices
Occasional need for evenings or weekend work for outreach and event activities
Other projects and duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred
3-5 years of recent experience in outreach in behavioral health or addiction treatment required
Outstanding written communication and presentation skills. Must be comfortable speaking and presenting to small and large audiences
Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO/SEM
Strong knowledge of social media marketing platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Word/ Microsoft Outlook
Experience with Sales Force CRM required
Experience with Constant Contact required
Must hold a current and valid driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation
Preferred
Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
