Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Steering Committee(s) and stakeholders to develop project roadmaps aligning with organizational goals.
Work with management in Quality Assurance, Technical Communications, and Software Development to build and prioritize project backlog.
Document project requirements by writing user stories, specifications, and issues within the release management system.
Manage project releases, coordinate with internal teams for smooth roll-out, and evaluate incoming requests.
Log issues to track enhancements, defects, and milestones, and provide excellent communication to improve customer service.
Gather data on project performance indicators, present findings, participate in process improvement discussions, and provide training sessions/demos.
Must have consistent transportation, be willing to travel, and attend as required.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required
Degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred
Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of hands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite, with specific focus using JIRA for project management using an Agile/Kanban process and expert-level knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Two (2) to three (3) years previous project management, software development, and/or blood banking experience preferred
Must have consistent and reliable transportation and be willing to travel as needed
Attendance is a requirement of this position
Preferred
Degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred
