Responsibilities
Develop training curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific training/learning needs
Deliver knowledge, skill, and ability training using various techniques
Identify and assess training/learning needs to develop training solutions
Evaluate and improve existing training programs and learning solutions
Maintain knowledge of regulatory policies and credit union products/services
Perform other assigned duties

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Adult Education or related field and a minimum of four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years Instructional Design experience
2 years Project Management experience
Demonstrated ability to successfully develop learning programs utilizing skills in instructional design
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Applications
Preferred
Master's degree preferred (Educational Technology, Learning and Development, or Organizational Development)
Banking/Financial industry experience preferred
Experience using Addie or SAM methodology
Cornerstone LMS experience preferred
