Responsibilities
Support preconstruction services through design and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) processes.
Manage construction projects to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
Oversee all aspects of material procurement, scheduling, change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and payment applications.
Supervise subcontractors and maintain daily coordination with the Project Superintendent.
Monitor and track job costs, preparing monthly reports for review by the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Extensive experience with North Carolina design standards, engineering practices, and subcontracting trades.
Minimum of five years of proven experience as a Project Manager specifically within the North Carolina construction market.
Experience managing projects utilizing Construction Management at Risk (CM at Risk) and Design-Build delivery methods.
