Responsibilities

Providing subject matter expertise in the fulfillment of IT system strategic planning, design, transition, operations, and continual improvement of IT services

Ensuring all necessary programmatic and technical artifacts required to deliver the project effectively and successfully are created, maintained, and accurate

Ensuring tasks are completed within the deadlines and tasking guidance from the Sponsor is clear and unambiguous

Preparing necessary IT authorization documents, plans, and certifications for the operations, maintenance, and development of IT systems to include preparing official documentation and requests for approval (e.g., Authorization to Proceed (ATP), System of Record Notice (SORN), and Authorization to Operate (ATO))

Ensuring project reporting on performance and status is complete and delivered per requirements and deadlines

Coordinating across the client's organization to ensure information sharing and interpreting IT language for a wide audience

Facilitating and participating in meetings and information sessions; coordinating project schedules; creating and distributing minutes and action items; and tracing action items for successful completion

Coordinating with networks host, authorization officials, and IT stakeholders regarding the management and upkeep of the ATOs, Risk Management Frameworks (RMFs), and other vital artifacts

Organizing and monitoring multiple interconnected projects

Liaising with primary and peripheral service providers, vendors, mission partners, and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner

Coordinating efforts with user community stakeholders to refine system requirements, mature technical specification, and prioritize customer recommended features

Required

Active TS/SCI with Poly

3-5 years of experience working within an IC Agency

Minimum 5 years of IT experience on large-scale programs with hands-on experience in project management office processes and procedures

Superior analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to operate independently with limited supervision and feedback

Ability to establish solid working relationships with technical staff and peers within the client's organization, as well as other external client customers

Demonstrated ability to compose and edit written materials independently

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and effective communications using tact, patience, and courtesy

Proficiency in standard office software

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Education: High School Diploma/GED + 12 Years, Associate's Degree + 10 Years, Bachelor's Degree + 8 Years, Master's Degree + 6 Years, PhD + 4 Years
