Responsibilities

Support, align, and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
Maintain an understanding of Ardon’s business processes, system functionality, business strategy, and operational priorities, both short- and long-term.
Manage business relationships and expectations.
Analyze current business processes, operational requirements, and suggest recommendations for improvements based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
Provide advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
Identify and document functional and technical business requirements in support of initiatives and enhancements to existing products.
Lead and/or participate in multiple projects from beginning to completion.
Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulate ideas and viewpoints to management, peers, and others; identify and initiate projects, drive to resolution and identify root cause of issues.
Support system implementation efforts by gathering requirements, proposing process and system design options, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders, and providing project management support as needed.
Communicate freely, both verbally and in writing, to propose ideas, solutions, decisions, and status.
Configure systems per defined requirements, create/update test plans and scripts, test software and systems.
Ability to adjust to changing priorities based on business or system needs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Actively participate and provide support as needed to leadership and quality program staff to ensure activities related to the company’s quality management program and quality improvement activities maintain priority focus and are effectively executed.
Comply with the company’s Human Resources policies, Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and all department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company, employee, and customer information; attending work punctually and regularly; and adhering to good safety practices in all activities.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analyst, Information Analyst, or similar role
Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be able to work well under pressure and with constantly shifting priorities
Must be able to project a professional image and maintain complete confidentiality
Must be able to identify issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and self-direct to ensure accountabilities are fulfilled
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred

Demonstrated experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
Strong leadership, relationship building, and team collaboration skills
Prior experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
Knowledge of pharmacy benefit investigation, prior authorization support, and patient financial assistance connection
Prior experience working with physicians, nurses, or other healthcare professionals
