Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure data pipelines for processing large volumes of structured and unstructured healthcare data.

Collaborate with data architects, data scientists, and analysts to understand data requirements and implement solutions meeting business and technical objectives.

Develop and implement data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across various healthcare datasets.

Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data engineering efforts with broader organizational goals and strategies.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

8 years of experience as a Solution Architect, IT Architect, Software Developer or related role

3 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud data solutions in Azure, AWS, or GCP

3 years of experience in building batch-oriented pipelines in Databricks (or another Spark platform) to process data at scale

3 years of experience in data modeling and data warehousing fundamentals, including the design of star schemas or Snowflake

3 years of experience in SQL

3 years of experience in Python, Scala, or Java

Authority to work permanently in the U.S.
