Responsibilities

Creating reports to monitor business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Identifying and recommending improvements to existing processes based on industry best practices and current technology trends.

Maintaining and updating master data such as customer information, vendor information, product information, etc.

Assisting in the implementing of new ERP software systems and training users on how to use the new system.

Providing support for day-to-day operations by troubleshooting issues with existing systems or developing new systems as needed to support new business requirements.

Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in business operations.

Understanding how different systems work together and identifying any potential problems that could occur.
