Responsibilities

Lead the development and hands-on execution of comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing all stages of the buyer’s journey, ensuring alignment with client goals and correlating KPIs.
Actively collaborate with and provide strategic direction to the marketing team to ensure the production of high-quality web, print, and digital marketing deliverables.
Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including hands-on design of test/control segmentation, implementation of testing, tracking, reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
Develop creative briefs and guide the creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
Lead market research efforts to assess the viability of current and new products/services, providing actionable insights to shape marketing strategies.
Serve as the primary face of the agency to key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and presenting strategies, final deliverables, and detailed performance reports.
Create and analyze comprehensive analytics reports across multiple platforms, providing high-level insights and recommendations for future campaigns and ensuring thorough and professional presentation of performance reports.
Ensure the continuous improvement of advertising campaigns through goal tracking and KPI analysis, making strategic adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Develop and oversee media plans and advertising budget strategies, taking a hands-on role in the creation and execution of these plans to ensure effective allocation of resources.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns, such as Google Ads, ensuring budget efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure the quality of all marketing deliverables meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards.
Develop and maintain consistent messaging for all campaigns, ensuring alignment with client brand and marketing objectives and actively crafting and refining messaging strategies.
Negotiate with media partners to obtain advantageous contracts and ensure optimal placement and pricing.
Collaborate with agency leadership in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
Ensure clear and frequent communication and accountability with stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors, directing projects to timely and effective completion.
Provide high-level guidance and feedback to marketing staff to improve overall internal capabilities and performance, providing direct management and development for direct reports, ensuring accountability and growth.
Share thoughtful opinions to improve project processes and outcomes. Demonstrate respect for team members and encourage collaborative efforts. Maintain a professional demeanor and approachability in all interactions. Commit to producing exceptional client work with high ethical standards. Show willingness to take on new responsibilities and learn from mistakes.
