Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated integration testing

Lead Quality Assurance (QA) resources on web and mobile platforms

Ensure testing requirements for products are met

Perform manual automation testing on IOS, Android, Ipads, and portal

Communicate risks to stakeholders and provide mitigation plans

Coordinate with BE teams for blockers and dependencies

Plan, execute, communicate, track, and perform reporting

Participate in QA interview process

Refine, understand, and analyze applications to be tested

Review test cases and tickets raised for account request

Code review for App Automation, providing input and suggestions

Ensure quality goals are met around application features

Provide QA training to junior team members

Utilize understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies for manual integration testing

Utilize API Testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, and Soap UI

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field

5 years of experience performing Manual Integration Testing utilizing understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies and ceremonies

2 years of experience utilizing API Testing tools, including Postman, Insomnia, or Soap UI
