Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service & technical support on our Help Desk by responding to requests in a timely manner, following up when needed, and resolving issues that arise.

Contributing to our growing knowledge base, processes, and procedures with a focus on improvement and accuracy.

Managing in-office Network Devices, Hardware, Computers, and VOIP phone system to ensure systems are up to date, accurately configured, and logged as needed.

Create & onboard new employees while answering app-based questions.

Assisting in Mergers & Acquisitions IT system integrations (email, phones, equipment, etc).

Adapt to responsibilities as they change and grow.

Required

Bachelor's degree Preferred.

1-3 years of related job experience preferred.

In office support 4-5 days/week in Conshohocken, PA.

Excellent and Caring Customer service, and communication skills with a team-based mentality.

Effective technical troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office based applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word PPT, etc.), and O365 Admin portal.

Proficient in Network management and Troubleshooting.

Proficient in Hardware configuration, deployment and troubleshooting.

Proficient in Process creation and documentation.

Proficient in Windows OS, and knowledge of MAC iOS preferred.
