Responsibilities

Install, assist in design, administer, and support data center systems, equipment, and applications to achieve optimum performance. Systems include Microsoft Windows Servers OS thru 2019, Exchange, Office 365 product support, with an emphasis on Active Directory support, Microsoft Tenant security, compliance, and enterprise-level backup solutions.

Create and review PowerShell scripts, monitor server antivirus solution, rack and install HP & Dell server hardware, review technology solutions, perform structured analysis, provide technical consultation, monitor backups, WAN links, system logs, and integrate data security into systems.

Research and execute special projects, maintain technical system documentation, provide verbal and written reports, and perform other related duties as needed.

Required

Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers OS thru 2019, Exchange, Office 365 product support, Active Directory support, and Microsoft Tenant security and compliance

Experience with Enterprise level backup solutions

PowerShell script creation and peer review

Monitoring and maintaining server antivirus solution

Racking and installing HP & Dell server hardware in the data center

Reviewing and evaluating technology solutions and recommending appropriate solutions

Performing structured analysis and developing integrated information flow according to documentation

Providing technical consultation and assistance to users, helpdesk, and other technical users

Monitoring appropriate system backups, communication WAN links, and system logs to ensure system availability

Ability to design and integrate data security into all systems to ensure protection from inappropriate access and malware

Researching and executing special projects as required

Developing and maintaining technical system documentation

Providing verbal and written reports in assigned areas of responsibility
