Responsibilities
Create and execute marketing campaigns including collateral, sales support materials, training materials, communications, social media, and events.
Develop marketing strategies in coordination with sales teams, marketing, and creative staff.
Manage and collaborate with external vendors.
Monitor campaign progress, meet deadlines, and oversee marketing campaigns for each sales channel.
Analyze data to evaluate campaign success and propose new ideas for brand marketing improvement.
Ensure marketing plans align with branding and messaging standards.
Represent the marketing team in cross-functional groups.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
4-6 years of marketing experience; association and/or insurance experience is valuable
Experience working with Salesforce
Ability to work effectively with InDesign
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proven analytical skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to take initiative, be a self-starter, and lead task management
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Professional judgment and discretion
Product knowledge, including the ability to learn and stay up to date on changes to products and compliance requirements
