Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle. Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets. Identify opportunities for new business and expansion within existing accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Facilitate communication between departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Utilize our robust marketing system to engage with warm leads. Attend national conferences and industry events to network and generate new business opportunities.
Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring all client specifications are met. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track sales performance and generate reports for upper management. Review and analyze data to inform future sales strategies and initiatives.
Professional Development and Training: Stay informed of industry trends and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Advocacy and Feedback Integration: Act as an advocate for clients within the organization. Collect and integrate client feedback to improve product offerings and customer service.

Required
