Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert in inventory, manufacturing, and SCTC subledger systems.

Identify key risks and opportunities and work cross-functionally to provide solutions that drive process improvements and strengthen the systems environment.

Map transactions flows and work collaboratively with accountants to identify posting errors or potential system mapping issues that need to be resolved.

Participate and often lead in cross-functional teams to implement accounting solutions for new business activities.

Guide and support the technical aptitude of other team members through knowledge sharing and direct training.

Required

3+ years relevant experience.

Supporting a subledger accounting team, maintaining high standards for close accuracy and timing.

Working cross functionally with operational and technical teams

Building queries and reports using various tools such as SQL queries, Power BI, Incorta, Tableau, Alteryx.

Supporting talent development in a diverse work environment

Ability to assess business processes and implement improvements and make recommendations

Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan or other ERP) and business intelligence reporting tools such as tableau, power BI, Incorta, SQL queries.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to clearly share technical details to non-technical partners.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strong desire to figure out issues and create processes to prevent or identify future issues.

Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, while exhibiting exceptional attention to detail and continuously driving process improvements.
