Responsibilities
Derive insights from data analysis, conduct root-cause analysis of operational issues, and provide recommendations
Transform raw data and analysis into data visualizations and interactive dashboards
Drive understanding of members and their interaction with the call center through in-depth analyses
Answer complex business questions via SQL queries
Investigate to identify problematic trends impacting member experience and operational metrics

Required
Bachelor's Degree (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, or Economics)
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics
Manage, transform, and analyze data using SQL
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau
Comfortable with ambiguity with the ability to challenge traditional thinking to solve problems
Ability to translate business language into technical requirements
Ability to clean, wrangle, and transform large, complex data sources, using fit-for-purpose data analysis techniques to generate robust insights
Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint
