Responsibilities

Launch and grow products to the market that addresses an identified need in target markets, with an initial focus on pharma

Lead product vision and strategy in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team

Own and drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes including research, analysis, planning, development, and launch

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype/MVP construction and final product development

Create iterative product strategy documents, analyze market data, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development, QA, and release to ensure success

Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Surgo and its products across primary market segments

Manage and build a strong team driving them to cross-functional results
