Responsibilities

Evaluate current state to identify opportunities through customer needs, digital data, and stakeholder conversations.

Act as the strategic advisor, provide support, subject matter expertise, and guidance to product teams, business stakeholders, and partners.

Set the product strategy and find resolutions in partnership with senior business leaders, on overall level of investment and relative priority of epics and features on the roadmap.

Connect the roadmap to specific value drivers that contribute to department P&L (e.g. opening up a new business revenue stream).

Create a shared understanding among business partners of the intended outcome of each product, the cost of running the product, and the expected benefit of any enhancements.

Keep a close pulse on the voice of the customer, identify insights, and propose solutions to address problems and maximize latest opportunities.
