Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Initiatives: Lead our Campaign Management Team, overseeing user onboarding, account management, billing, reporting, and the campaign creation flow. Break down the application into more focused responsibilities, emphasizing load balancing of primary application responsibilities. Spearhead and manage the Vertical Campaign Flow project, an important business initiative providing exposure to the application and expertise in the area.

Lead and Inspire: Steer a small, dynamic team, emphasizing growth, velocity, and the delivery of top-notch features. Collaborate and Elevate: Work closely with our QA team to elevate product quality. Design and implement processes that push the boundaries of innovation. Guide the team through new features, client requests, and bug resolutions.

Bridge the Gap: Communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration across teams and ensuring a shared vision. Build Our Team: Play a pivotal role in recruiting, onboarding, and integrating new team members, contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
